PANASONIC
I have created numerous set designs in sizes varying from a few square metres to over one hundred. The main themes have always been different, including: Olympic games, street sports, beaches, rainforest, coffee shops, circuses and many more. The key function of these sets is to provide the visitor with detailed and varied scenes to test the different Panasonic cameras and discover hidden surprises along the way.
In the "Digital Imaging" area, visitors had the opportunity to try out cameras and camcorders while recording the dynamic stage set. This consisted of a Japanese-style illustration we created, which we transformed into an impressive 2D/3D landscape view.
CARLIN
Studio 38 partnered with Parisian trending agency Carlin to develop an exhibition space (approximately 4600 sqm) showcasing textile and material trends at Heimtextil in Frankfurt, the leading global trade fair for the textile industry. The creative direction was to create a "theme park" experience for the visitors, made up of several unique pavilions surrounding a central trending area. Each pavilion represented a particular topic such as transport, retail or hospitality while the trending area covered cultural, planetary, natural and virtual textile and material trends. The result was an engaging experience that allowed visitors to explore the area in an organic and unique way.
